The staff are rude and disrespectful. They ignore customers, so don’t bother asking them any questions because they’ll leave you talking to yourself.

The Asian lady named Theresa was the most rude person I ever met not communication skills she is very rude and unprofessional, when we asked a question looks like she was so angry and didn’t reply the question she silent us and put her hand on my husband face to shout him, she needs to get some kind of respect for the other people. At the end we left the place because she keep screaming at us and apparently there is many reviews about her and the way she treats everyone. They need to take a look at her actions and actitud. Multiples concerns about her way to be with others.

I would not recommend anybody to this place! Cynthia the passport attendant was extremely unprofessional and rude , she should not be working at a public service place or in customer service.
We had an appointment and it got rescheduled because the passport clerk didn’t show up. They gave us a rescheduling slip so when we arrived to our next appointment (15 minutes early) Cynthia was dismissive and put us at the back of the regular line , not even the line of appointments. I showed her the physical slip of rescheduling with an 11:30 time and she completely ignored us and told me to wait. We ended up waiting for 2 hours!! She helped everybody with appointments up until 1:30 Pm and after she was finished with them she called us over. I asked her why wouldn’t she even check the confirmation number since I had it with me and she said that she didn’t like our attitude and that there was nothing we could do about it, I was shocked . Truly a disgusting experience

Extremely disappointing experience.
Cinthya, the passport clerk, was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We had a valid appointment, but because it had been rescheduled (through no fault of our own, since our original appointment had to be changed because the clerk was sick), we were told that it was “not a real appointment.”
Despite following the process and showing up as instructed, we were made to wait in line and treated as if we had done something wrong.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. I would expect much better treatment and professionalism from a public service office
