  Thank you Mr Raj for a wonderful service. The queue was very long but he made sure to take care of every single customer. He deserves a pay raise 😁

  Missing packages or theft appears to be an issue at this location. Had a package that was left here for pickup and they claim it was picked up but they still had it according to the tracking number. Associate was rude and unhelpful. The sender ended up having to resend a replacement. Be forewarned.

  2023-Mar-03: Owner wants me to email the store, but I did that on Feb. 10, 2023 at 3:03 PM and no response. I've went to the store and spoke to Mike and just get ignored when I request to speak to Raj (manager). ======================== I normally don't leave negative reviews since I don't want to hurt a business. I needed to speak out because of the deception they are trying to pull. Take a look at all the 5-stars reviews (for Amazon returns) they are trying to push since the user “Kyung” left a 1-star review (4 weeks ago today). I had similar experience as Kyung and I was just going to keep quiet, but seeing the fraud they are trying to pull has me boiling. My story began Jan. 10, 2023 when dropped off merchandise that I sold on eBay. I dropped it off to the UPS worker that is big-set male with curly hair (typically wears a mask under his nose). The merchandise valued at $650 USD was sold to said company. The merchandise never left that UPS store that day as evident by the UPS tracking. A claim was subsequently opened with UPS to track down lost package on Jan. 15, 2023. UPS investigated and deemed the package was indeed lost on Jan. 17, 2023. From that day after the investigation results, countless calls were made to UPS customer service and their investigation found the package never left the drop-off location and was never tendered to a UPS driver. UPS tracking shows it was scanned at drop-off location but did not make it onto a UPS truck. I won’t get paid out by insurance because UPS claims it was never on their truck. The lesson is if you’re doing Amazon returns, that’s fine they aren’t going to steal that. If you’re selling items and shipping high valued merchandise, better look twice or get insurance. They are smart enough to check the shipping labels if they are going to any of the reselling platforms (eBay, Goat, Stock X, etc). Learn from me, don’t make the mistake for ease of drop-off, go to another UPS location.
