Now I get the receipt they charged her for priority. Mail also made her pay for an envelope pack, which I’ve never heard of in my life. They sell individual envelopes and this will be disputed through my credit card company and we will see you tomorrow.

Ronnie is routinely rude, slow, and comes across as if helping customers is an inconvenience rather than his job. I gave it multiple chances hoping it was a one-off, but the pattern hasn’t changed. Customer service alone is enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

He did not provide the level of customer service expected at a federal establishment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not represent what USPS stands for. I hope the management takes necessary actions to address this issue to prevent future customers from having similar experiences.
