- NANatalie Anillo1 day ago5.0Richard and Georgina were great and so helpful! I had to ship 7 big boxes for moving. They gave me a dolly to use, and they even helped me get the boxes from my car. They were very nice putting extra tape on the boxes to make sure they were secure. And I really appreciated that they were open on a Sunday!

I was missing one of the two labels and Amazon wouldn't give it to me when I tried, but he called Amazon on another line and got the second label issued. He even printed it out and didn't charge me for it given the situation...normally there's a fee if they print a label you didn't do yourself. Everything went through fine. Always easy working with this location.

While taking care of other customers as they came in, both of them did everything possible to try to make the code visible, to no avail. They kindly helped me to sign in to one their computers, and access my account. where the QR code appeared, and they were quickly able to print both my label and my receipt! I can't thank them enough! UPS is so fortunate to have them as employees!
