- ALAKI LIUSep 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The staff member’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply dropping off a package that was already fully paid for and labeled. All that was needed was to accept the package, but the way I was treated made such a simple interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. What bothered me most was not the process itself, but the employee’s attitude. I was honestly shocked by the level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service. If someone is unhappy with their job, that is understandable, but it should never be taken out on customers. When you are being paid to provide a service, customers should at least be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be shared. Very disappointing service.

Asked if I wanted my packaged taped and got joy out of telling me they didn’t have any for purchase. How does a post office not have tape? This location needs to do better!

With all these bad ratings it should be shut down, they obviously don't care about their customers
