They have basically one person behind the counter and usually at least 10 people waiting. No matter what time of day you go… I’m shocked that usually how polite and patient they are - because I don’t think I could be if I had to deal with all of that every day!

- SSSaidaMar 25, 20261.0AWFUL!AWFUL! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! There is one younger lady, with braided hair and long nails who is awfully RUDE! I went there plenty of times and when it was her, I always had an awful experience. She just stares and never says hi or hello or has any sort of humanly manner. She sent me back multiple times saying my packages aren’t paid when I came in with prepaid QR codes and then when I brought the same packages the next day, other ladies would take it with no problem. Young lady, if you are reading this, this is my message to you. If you don’t like your job, find a different one where you are happy. You only LIVE ONCE, stop WASTING your precious life being rude and miserable at your job where you spend majority of your time. It’s not our fault, trust me, we just go there to do our business for few minutes because that’s the closest location to our house. Your attitude behind that desk is felt in the atmosphere. Fix it or leave the job!
