- JTJ TAug 13, 20261.0My experience with Fernando, who also goes by Nando, was extremely disappointing. He was rude, unhelpful, and provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. In my opinion, his approach to customer service was completely unacceptable. The company takes pride in providing world-class customer service, but that was absolutely not my experience with Fernando. His attitude and customer service skills were abysmal. What is especially concerning is that, after looking through the reviews here, I noticed numerous negative reviews mentioning Nando, with complaints appearing across several years. That makes my experience feel far less like an isolated incident. Cindy, on the other hand, is leagues better. She is professional, courteous, helpful, and knows how to treat customers. Her customer service skills are in a completely different league, and she runs circles around Fernando when it comes to how customers should be treated. Customers should be able to expect professionalism, courtesy, and respect when dealing with a company that promotes itself as providing world-class customer service. Unfortunately, that was not what I received from Nando.
