    Refuses to answer phone. They literally will pick up, and immediately hang up the call. Ridiculous behavior from gov employees. This isn’t a private shipping company this is the USPS. Pick up your phones and be accountable to your customers. Disgusting service.

    Been trying to get in touch with this location for several regarding a missing package but nobody ever picks up the phone and then it says the voicemail inbox is full. Package supposedly departed from this location on May 20, 2026 but since then nothing updated and I never received the package. Would love to get in touch with someone about it.

    I wish there were an option to give zero stars. This review is specifically about the fingerprinting services and fingerprint machines used for background checks. I read previous reviews mentioning that the fingerprinting machine had been down in the past, which concerned me because I was bringing an 80-year-old individual for fingerprinting. Unfortunately, there is no option to schedule an appointment for this service, making it impossible to secure a time slot or receive confirmation that the equipment is working before making the trip. I called this location multiple times in an attempt to verify that the fingerprinting machine was operational, but no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I was later told by another fingerprinting location that the White Plains machine was currently down, although I could not confirm that information directly because no one at this location was available to assist. Because I could not get a response and did not want to risk bringing an 80-year-old only to be turned away, I traveled to the Stamford location instead. Before leaving, I called and was told their machine was working. However, when we arrived later that afternoon, we were informed that the machine had gone down just a few hours after my call. Thankfully, the Stamford office referred us to the Greenwich location, where we received excellent customer service and were able to complete the fingerprinting process successfully. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. When appointments are not available and fingerprinting depends entirely on equipment being operational, customers need a reliable way to confirm the machine is working before traveling. The inability to reach anyone by phone created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially when coordinating transportation for an elderly individual.

    DO NOT send anything valuable here they will steal it. they figured out a way to make it look like it was lost in transition for weeks. but it is in fact stolen. upon going to the office to ask about it i left my information and they said the manager will call me and they throw the info out once you leave and you will get no phone call. this place needs a revamping of employees.
