DO NOT send anything valuable here they will steal it. they figured out a way to make it look like it was lost in transition for weeks. but it is in fact stolen. upon going to the office to ask about it i left my information and they said the manager will call me and they throw the info out once you leave and you will get no phone call. this place needs a revamping of employees.

I have never had a positive experience here. Never even had a neutral one. Just today I had a scheduled passport appointment that I booked days in advance and waited my turn online only for them to tell me that they cancelled it (with no notice) and that there’s no one there who could handle it.
Everyone here has always been rude. I’ve accepted it for too long. Just going to go elsewhere because why bother?

Their website indicates walk in for passports on Saturday but they do not have anyone working those hours. Was told to make an appointment and that there are no walk in hours.

I walked in there on a Tuesday afternoon (4/21/2026 at 2:45 pm). There was a line out the door, and not one person was at the registers helping anyone for the 15 minutes I stayed on line before walking out. The people on line in front of me had been there for an hour. It was not the first time this happened here, I'm just annoyed enough about this happening here, ...again, to write a note. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else. Although, all post offices are almost certainly the exact same. Full of people that just don't care about their jobs... Too bad there's no zero star option.
