  I had an absolutely amazing experience here, all thanks to Derek. My parents and I came in because we weren’t entirely sure how to return an Amazon package through UPS, and Derek went above and beyond in helping us. He was incredibly patient, calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a confusing situation feel completely stress-free. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and it truly stood out. UPS is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Derek on their team. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service experience I’ve had at this store.

  I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store. I took in 4 boxes w 4 Waybills. I was told I “had too many boxes to return.” WHAT?? I travel all over the country and I ship these boxes back via UPS all of the time. This is the FIRST time I have ever been told a stand alone UPS store can not ship my packages. I called my home office who will be making an official complaint with UPS. When I asked to speak to the mgr I was told he was the “owner?” I had to drive 30 mins to another UPS store who happily shipped my boxes w no issues. This huge delay almost caused me to miss my flight. VERY disappointed w this service.

  UPS is the only carrier to have not lost a package I sent. Maria and the staff are polite, helpful and efficient.
