Went in there today to drop off a box, purchased the label via Pirate Ship(first time using). I estimated the weight and didn’t think it was a smart idea to tape the label on; incase I had to pay an extra fee for weight difference (If there was any to do so). The older white lady that “assisted” me was so hostile! She was so upset that I didn’t tape my label nor box. Claimed everyone came in there and did the same to use their tape. Tried to reference it as bringing in food from a difference restaurant and asking the chef to cook it for you??? NASTY. As someone who’s naive when it comes to shipping boxes (because I never had to before), it would’ve been nicer to receive suggestions coming from a place of educating. Not condescending. I even offered to buy a roll of tape and do it myself and she insisted kept making remarks and dismissed me when I spoke. Absolutely gross behavior for her age.
