  Spoke a CPA named William Colasanti back on March 20th to help me file my taxes for my new business that operated only the last few days of the year last year. I let him know I was new and still establishing my system to keep track of everything but I did have all my expenses laid out in an Excel sheet. After a half hour to an hour of discussion (good luck understanding him with all jargon he uses!) he agrees to file the taxes for my business. After more than 2 months of calls and emails trying to tell him I made a small mistake on the numbers shown (I accidentally included the previous owners numbers) on May 5th I finally get an answer! (I was never able to speak to him directly only his assistant). I told the assistant about the error on my spreadsheet that same week (May 5th) and now June 22 I get answer from him that he cannot do my taxes. All in all cancelled my search for a CPA and wasted over 3 months for this man to then tell me he does not want to do my taxes because of some unanswered questions when I have already provided him with everything I had and made it clear that I was starting out late last year which he had seemed to understand.
