- MOMati Oren5 days ago1.0This was the most unfriendly ups store , I returned a Amazon product the store charges $2.00 to put a piece of tape around the box (ridiculous) also offered to repackage for $30 Do not know who owns this ups store location, but suggest the review the store procedures particularly related to Amazon products return and customer service personnel

I actually made a mistake where I was supposed to pack all of the stuff myself and I didn’t know. They hooked me up with a bag and packed it up for me for free. They did that all for me right before closing and had a positive attitude about it. This was all done while Daniel was training a new employee. I couldn’t even tell that the employee was On his first day. Both of them did such a great job. UPS store here is fire🔥🔥🔥
