  At my visit today to mail a package out I was greeted right away as I entered. The Staff was very professional, friendly & efficient & the UPS store was very clean & organized. I was thanked for my business upon leaving. I felt they cared that I was there, thank you!

  I needed to recover some equipment from someone local near this store so I called to ensure I could use their services. I was told that I could have the person bring in all the items and that the store would pack and ship the items back to me but since I wanted it charged to a business account I just needed to provide the label. Once the local person arrived with all the equipment she was turned away and told they cannot pack and only do drop offs. Even though I was told they could do this and when you search their store on Google it says they can, they apparently do not. At a minimum they need to update their online services information. This was a huge inconvenience for the Widow dealing with far too many other things.
