- KSKathy SFeb 27, 20201.0This Post Office in West Sand Lake N.Y. is constantly delivering the wrong mail to my home and my neighbors say there home also ... I'm not sure who's getting my missing mail but I never get it ... I have returned other's mail this Post Office many many time's to many to count and also a expensive item I ordered in the mail left this Post Office with the mail carrier she delivered it to someone but she can't find it and it vanished into thin air. I have reported the many times to the Post Master and have to now pick up my packages there so this carrier doesn't loose anymore my stuff... I even return others mail to him to be redelivered to the rightful owner's nothing changes. Today the same person that leaves other's mail in my box delivered twice to my box like she does often because she didn't bring all my mail the first time that he say's he also rubber bands all my mail together but yet she forgot part of it and I see her at my box many times un-banding it and going though it again which I've reported to him. He doesn't have nice things to say about her delivering ability but she's still delivering mail ... I called the Post master today because she was here twice and he tells me today that he believes I'm taking other peoples mail and putting in my box what a joke he'll blame anyone he can so he don't have to take responsibility to fix thing's and then he hangs up on me when I told him he better have proof is he's accusing me of a Felony ... The mail I'm getting is from all over the town area not just next door to my home ... He's now accusing me of federal crime because he can't manage his mail delivery or his carrier... Something needs to done here ASAP...
