- KKKamatsoMay 17, 20261.0That woman working on Sunday, May 17, was terrible and completely unprofessional. The status of my shipment clearly stated: “Your item is being held at the WEST NYACK, NY post office at the request of the customer.” The status clearly indicated that I could go and collect my shipment, and she had the package there with her. We went to the post office three times today asking for it, but she kept refusing to give it to us even though the box was there. In the end, she started shouting at me, spoke very impolitely, and only gave me the package afterward. I hope someone explains to her that customers are allowed to collect their shipments when the online status states that the item is being held at the post office at the customer’s request. Otherwise, USPS should clearly update the tracking status to indicate that the item cannot be collected yet.

I filled out paperwork and talked and was out in 15-20 minutes. The guy is also nice. When I asked for a pen he gave it to me. I bought a money order from him and it is so simple to ask. I highly reccomend coming here. Check it out and give an honest review❤️
