- CBcolleen bentonApr 1, 20241.0after multiple and I mean like over 20 screw ups....seems to be the norm unfortunately ....I call because tracking shows it showed up - its out for delivery its shown up its just arrived with multiple times and you start to think here we go again...and you call for clarification because they close at 215 bankers hours and time limit to get meds for your dog need today and you call...and you wait.....and she can't get the computer to work...then she starts talking to someone leaving you hanging - and you say hello ??? and she comes back sorry it was a customer....??? aren't I a customer your suppose to be helping ? then told um I don't know and your asking hey after multiple packages missing getting suspicious and trying to find it - because its there or is it getting delivered - do I need to come down there to get it - because they have bankers hours - and the employee gets pissy says here's the number call dave he's the district manager have a nice day hangs up on me......yeah - I seriously hope they close this branch no one does anything - knows anything - or can help a customer legitimately asking for help with package their in possession of. if you don't want to work there find another job. or get a clue. excuses of its not my job is getting old. and again today - 4/21/25.....west monroe post office strikes again......my package arrived at west monroe....I expected delivery today as I need it for my job...only to find out they've shipped it to sylvan beach......yeah you can't make this crap up....they are so incompetent - when are they going to shut this location down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely ignorant b.s. I ever saw.
- CRChirsty ReedJul 7, 20211.0The post office didn't mail my national grid bill on time and I have to pay double for the month. They lost my bill for June . I didn't receive June's bill till July. Now I have to pay two months of bills in one bill. Because of the post offices negligence I have to pay a large bill. I'm really upset. I even went to the post office and asked where my mail was the guy at the counter was no help.the mail driver never delivers my mail on time . I also had mail delivered later in the day. I received it at 1 or 5 or 6:30 never on the same time each day. I don't know who the driver is but there not doing there job.
