- A*엘레나Jun 16, 20261.0The staff was not very helpful. We were there for my daughter’s passport application. It’s her first passport & we’re waiting for 2 months already. It’s been delayed because the worker, I believe her name was Nioma, didn’t check to see if anything was missing on the application & put everything together to send out. A month later we get a letter from the State Department that important information was left out. I don’t know if she did it on purpose but she made this a very bad experience!!! She wasn’t pleasant either!!!

- KKkayMar 31, 20261.0These people can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of their job. Had 30 packages to send and was going to use the self service label printer to make everyone’s lives easier since I pre-paid for them all online already, but it was out of paper so I told the worker who was going to help scan my package until I told her the amount, so she didn’t and said someone would refill the paper. The other man also did nothing to help when I came up after 15 minutes of waiting. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. USPS needs to hire better employees because I’ll never come back here ever again and may even switch to another shipping company.
