- MJMiss JackieMay 18, 20265.0I love the Post Office on Erie Station Rd. I have a P.O. Box so I stop in a few times each week. The young lady that runs the office has always been friendly and very helpful whenever I needed help with something. I like that it’s small and I rarely have to wait in line.
- TTTomFeb 27, 20261.0It's now 315, the sign inside says the lobby is open monday through friday, until 530pm. Apparently they didn't get the memo and decided to go home early
- JFJon FernandoJul 17, 20255.0This is a small location located in the building owned by the West Henrietta Fire Department. Most retail services available (postage items such as stamps and postal services such as tracking, return receipt, boxes and shipping items. Also has PO Boxes available for rent. Note that this Office DOES NOT service delivery mail. Mail for this area is service from the Goodburlet Road Post Office.
- HDhaha derpSep 23, 20231.0"Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". Been seeing this message for multiple of my packages now. Never requested my packages to be held, and to add insult to injury, have my packages delayed. Not a good experience.
