  I walked in, hoping to apply for a new passport, and not having made an appointment. The service was great and I was able to submit my application. I believe I was working with someone who is still being trained, and his colleague helped him out patiently and professionally, despite the place getting pretty busy while I was there.

  This was the worst experience in my entire life. I never leave a review and I work in customer service. So I understand how a simple human being should treat another human being. Illiana was rude from the start when I was just simply trying to send out 2 packages. She screamed at me in front of everyone and stated she wouldn’t be able to send my package without charging me. That’s fine so I changed the packaging and Then when I come back 30 minutes later with the proper packaging in order for USPS to “except my package”. Michelle who claims she was the “post master” (later to find out when I called customer affairs - that she lied she was not the post master) told me to step back because there was many people in the establishment. (Me and one other person where in the establishment) she then later called me violent and said I was threatening after I asked her why she was being rude to me. Then right after she threatened to call post office police?!? What is happening at that place. They need better workers who know how to do there jobs and simply be kind to others. The two lady’s then LEFT TO THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND DENYED SERVICE TO ME. Absolutely disgusting!! I left without being able to process my package, don’t recommend ever going to the place!!

  En dias pasados deje un sobre con un cheque de pagos en el buzón y lo sacaron en pocas palabras se lo robaron por favor tengan cuidado hay gente inesceupulosa cogiendo lo que no es de ellos... mucho cuidado no dejen sus correo en el buso

  Had my mail stolen from the mailbox right outside the post office May 10. Dropped it off at 9:16 PM on a Sunday night thinking it was the safest mailbox in the neighborhood. The check was stolen and washed and tried to be cashed in the Bronx when I went to the post office to complain and possibly see a video they told me they have no video and so my assumption was then if you have to put your mail in the mailbox that would’ve been the safest, but I was wrong. They told me every mailbox is dangerous and the only safe way to mail it is to bring it inside but that’s not possible at 9:16 PM on a Sunday night.

  I always go there to this post office the customer service are really awesome I really love it the time management is really cool we love this post office
