- FFFrank Feeley2 days ago1.0Had my mail stolen from the mailbox right outside the post office May 10. Dropped it off at 9:16 PM on a Sunday night thinking it was the safest mailbox in the neighborhood. The check was stolen and washed and tried to be cashed in the Bronx when I went to the post office to complain and possibly see a video they told me they have no video and so my assumption was then if you have to put your mail in the mailbox that would’ve been the safest, but I was wrong. They told me every mailbox is dangerous and the only safe way to mail it is to bring it inside but that’s not possible at 9:16 PM on a Sunday night.

Lillian was so fast, efficient, and lovely. Thank you for making this process seamless and thank you for your patience and kindness.

Every day the informed delivery app listed my mail but nothing was delivered until today, February 2. Saturday's mail never came. Post office offered no explanation other than your regular carrier is working today so you should get mail. Im still waiting. This is not the first time mail was not delivered.
