  Failed to retrieve package after they said they would. Followed up multiple times and they just blew me off. Claimed it would take them an hour (to go 4.15 miles) three weeks afer they said they would take care if it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about the UPS Store in West Haverstraw! Every single time I go in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy they are or how many questions I have, they always take the time to help and never make you feel rushed. They are efficient, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely kind, which makes such a difference. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and this location consistently goes above and beyond. It’s always a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate how well they treat their customers. Amazing staff, excellent service, and an all-around great place to do business. I highly recommend the West Haverstraw UPS Store! They absolutely deserve five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This is a. Very convenient location with a great staff. I’ve never seen anything but cooperation between the employees. They are polite and thorough even when 1 customer has tons of parcels. Only qualm is that the assigned parking spots are often taken up by non customers. Hopefully the new landlords can address this.

  I made an appointment for notary services on a Monday. When I arrived, the shipping clerks informed me that the notary is not available on Mondays and suggested that I should have called ahead before coming in. I’m not sure why UPS would allow me to make an appointment for a service that was not actually available that day. The experience was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing. I do want to mention that the shipping clerks were very friendly and professional. My one-star rating is specifically for the appointment system and the fact that it allowed me to schedule a service that was unavailable.

  I always drop off my packages here in haverstraw drop off, and Roger is absolutely the best. He is incredibly fast, efficient, and always greets everyone with a smile. He makes a quick chore the best part of my day. If you need to drop off a package, look for Roger! He is always so patient and kind. Eric is also a great worker as well and very helpful. Thanks to them they make drop offs very convenient, even when I come to drop almost 20+ packages he takes his time and treats everyone with kindness.
