  I found myself in a dilemma Monday morning! Two managers at the store named Mike and a DM, Grace ... made the waters part and led me to an incredible answer to my problem! They all went out of their way and to that ... i commend them all highly! THANK YOU!!! You are very much appreciated!

  I use this location for my ups access point for pickup on items I order online. As soon as I walk in and head over to the area for pick up, the entire UPS access point locker was left wide open and not an employee in sight working that counter. I waited about 2 minutes hoping someone would come up. Luckily another customer who needed to drop something off went and grabbed someone. We both waited about 5 minutes hoping someone would be by to help. Eventually an employee on either the work phone or his personal phone walks over, head down and goes oh shoot how can I help you. Other things happened after that with my service, but the main reason I get stuff delivered there is for security and the fact that the access point locker was left open and unattended really left me with a bad taste. Don’t use this place as an access point for drop off packages unless you like your stuff unsecured and left open for literally anyone to come grab.

  When you're running low on an ink cartridge you might think 'no problem, I'll just rundown to Staples'. Well, don't count on that at the Webster Staples. They have racks for cartridges / packs but I'd guess three quarters of them are empty. And much of the remaining product is sloppily strewn around the display. I cannot imagine the reason for such a pitiful performance. PS: if you couldn't tell, they didn't have mine.

  After using the printing services here frequently, I am unfortunately done using them after this experience. Once again, there was an issue with my order, and this time it was temporarily lost. What made the situation even more frustrating was the interaction with the woman behind the counter, who was wearing distinctive circular glasses. She was extremely rude, huffy, and visibly frustrated, loudly exclaiming that she didn’t know what to do because my order had been lost. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was incredibly unprofessional. As a customer, I should not be made to feel like an inconvenience because the business is having difficulty locating an order. After multiple experiences using the printing services, this was the final straw. I expected better customer service and professionalism, and unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I was in the market for a new computer. At the store there were about 15 on display. Every one I requested (about 5) were out of stock and could not be ordered. Sales girl just put the tags right back on display even though they could not be purchased. The next day I ordered a computer through the Staples app. It came quickly but it was reconditioned when was supposed to be new. It didn't even have a working power cord! I was able to hook it up with my old power cord but it was all in Spanish with no way to change the language. I called the Webster store and the guy could not help me. I brought it back to the store the next day. The guy at the register didn't question anything, gave me a printed receipt for my refund and I left happy. 3 weeks later I still don't have a refund on my credit card. Again, the store could not help in the least except to give me the national customer service number. When I called that number, she said she had to call the store! I was on the phone for about 45 minutes and we got disconnected. When I called back, another representative did help some and emailed me another receipt with the refund amount and just kept saying the refund had been processed. It's been 5 days and it still hasn't been processed. Her final advice was to contact my credit card company if I didn't have my refund by today. I will be contacting my credit card company to begin a protest. It kills me that their motto is "That was easy" because this has NOT been easy! I will NEVER purchase another product at Staples!
