  The staples in Webster across from BJ. I just wanted you to know that the cashier who took my return from Amazon did an amazing job. I was having trouble pulling up my return code and he was patient and so polite. He made the return so much easier. The exchange happened around 1:30pm.l

  I’ve been in many times to do Amazon returns since the UPS store closed in Baytowne Plaza. I have to say, I hate coming here. There is ALWAYS a line up front because Amazon returns have to be done by the cashiers and not over by the print department anymore. It always takes way too long to do a simple return, and they don’t give you printed return confirmation slips anymore. Also, customer service is truly awful here. There isn’t any sense of urgency by the cashiers, even when they have 10 people waiting. There is one cashier specifically that is not friendly in the slightest. The first time I had this cashier I thought maybe she was having an “off day” and wanted to give her the benefit of doubt. But every time I am in, she just seems absolutely miserable! I’ve never seen her say hello to a customer that walked up or even cracked a smile. This literally happened this morning- A long line, Amazon returns taking forever, guy in front of me finally gets up to the register. She picks up the phone instead of helping the gentleman and talks to the caller about how to do an Amazon return, while there’s a line and she has people standing in front of her. (I’m assuming the person on the phone asked her if this was the Staples store in the BJs plaza. Her response was that she isn’t from Webster and has no idea where the Webster BJs is…. even though you can literally see BJs from the front window because Staples is in the same plaza. Across the parking lot.) She finally hung up the phone and shook her head, like the conversation on the phone was an huge inconvenience for her. The customer standing at her register said “hello” to her. She literally didn’t even acknowledge him!!! She didn’t even look up. I was really shocked that a customer service associate could be so blatantly rude. She is like this every single time. It’s really unpleasant having to deal with her.
