Give that woman a raise! ( unsure of her name but I’d be willing to bet, someone knows exactly who I’m referring to)

One person in the office tells you one thing and then she says...oh yeah, we've been having issues with this person or that one that's not how it goes. She tried to basically call me a liar until she realized I was right. As I was leaving she started laughing with the next customer. I don't know why they keep her here. She has been so rude to other people that I have been behind. It should be brought to her attention.
