They return it due to international export regulations and when I asked why they return it ? they said we don't know about international rules! If you don't know it why you work at a post office though. If I'm not allowed to send electronic stuff, it is your responsibility to remind me and it's not my fault.This is not the first time this happened to me though! I paid $100 for another package and just because they didn't tell me for clothing I should write "brand new " they return it and they said if you wanna send it again you should pay another $100! They are so rude too! When I said it is your responsibility to tell me about the rules she said I can't do anything just call 800 number. I will never use their service to send packages to another country anymore. They need education and more information about their job.
