  I am so tired of dealing with this post office. If you drop packages off on Saturday well before closing, they will not move until Monday or Tuesday. They constantly reroute packages once they arrive in Watertown. The tracking will say arrived in Watertown and then it is sent back to Syracuse, Rochester or the latest...Weedsport. Then you have to wait for them to get back to Watertown to hopefully be delivered. If our normal mail person is out, we may or may not get our mail delivered. Sometimes packages are marked as undeliverable or delivered when they're not and then they show up another day. It's seriously exhausting to have to worry about getting packages delivered. They just do not care.

  Gone downhill. Tracking?? Joke. Shows up whenever. Wasted days waiting for packages. Amazon & temu do a WAY better job with Tracking & delivery dates. Ill NEVER use usps again

  Whoever is currently doing the route in Evans Mills is so lazy (this is a Watertown PO route). I have repeatedly run into issues with them not delivering packages because they don’t fit into the mailbox, so I have to go to the post office to pick them up all the time. But they’ll put some BS saying my driveway isn’t accessible which is completely untrue. They also shove packages into my mailbox to the point where I’m damaging them just to try and pull them out. Whoever this is needs to be fired. When I talked to the post office about it the desk workers even said they don’t like the person that does my route. Please hire someone else!

  Absolutely the worst post office along with the Chaumont branch. You can't ever talk to a real person on the phone when you have a complaint. I then went to the Chaumont branch and asked them to hold my mail, but when I called thelm back after the 10;30 mark in which one when the lazy delivery postal lady would be leaving on her route I was told that she took my mail anyways to deliver my mail at my residence that I don't even live at anymore. Is it really that dam hard to hold someones mail at the post office for christ sakes?! Then when you try and call the Watertown post office they either don't answer the phone or they don't have a clue on what to even tell you for information. The new mail delivery person doesn't even show up until 7-8 o'clock at night to deliver our mail . For 14 years we always would receive our mail by noon and then a new delivery woman takes over the route we now get it at night time. What bunch of I completive employees.
