  Absolutely the worst post office along with the Chaumont branch. You can't ever talk to a real person on the phone when you have a complaint. I then went to the Chaumont branch and asked them to hold my mail, but when I called thelm back after the 10;30 mark in which one when the lazy delivery postal lady would be leaving on her route I was told that she took my mail anyways to deliver my mail at my residence that I don't even live at anymore. Is it really that dam hard to hold someones mail at the post office for christ sakes?! Then when you try and call the Watertown post office they either don't answer the phone or they don't have a clue on what to even tell you for information. The new mail delivery person doesn't even show up until 7-8 o'clock at night to deliver our mail . For 14 years we always would receive our mail by noon and then a new delivery woman takes over the route we now get it at night time. What bunch of I completive employees.

  I've had outgoing mail in my box since Friday , it's still there on Monday at 4:58pm .

  A letter was supposed to be delivered to our door and had gotten an email stating that the carrier attempted to deliver it and there was no notice on my door and nothing showed up on our cameras that someone came to our door. The mail man that was on our route where we live straight up lied and said he didn't have the letter. He told us to go to the Post Office and someone is not doing their job. Don't say you attempted to deliver something when you never did. This Post Office is one of the worst Offices and the employees are worthless.

  The worst post office ive ever dealt with. Package was delayed and still at the post office. I went in to pick it up, instead of waiting 4 days. Employees absolutely refused to give me my items. Called the 1800 number and they confirmed on speaker that my items were there, the employees just dont want to look for them. Nothing but constant issues.

  I have received mail at the same Watertown NY address for over 25 years and suddenly the carrier can't find my mailbox. It's not an issue under normal circumstances but critical medications need to be delivered in a timely manner. I also saw USPS trucks go by my driveway eight times in a matter of hours, so it would appear to be a management issue.
