  I wanted to talk to someone at this UPS location. I tried for hours yesterday, no one answered the phone. I tried today again. As soon as I press the number 9 option to speak with a representative, it hangs up on me. They may be very busy all the time or they just don’t answer the phone rather retrieve their message later. Some customers at work and couldn’t not leave their place so we like to ask them questions that the website can’t answer. There is no way to get in touch with them except going there. Very inconvenient!!

  Jack and Charlie were amazingly kind and super helpful with my large return. They made the process of shipping 50 books seamless and enjoyable. Will absolutely be using this UPS Store location more often in the future.

  FANTASTIC doing business here! I needed my daughter and son-in-law's faces "on a stick" for a wedding prank. It was a last minute thought that Brandon Cook, graphic designer/print specialist at this UPS location embraced, was enthusiastic about, and completed on short notice. The prints were perfect, he knew exactly what I was looking for despite my chaotic and disheveled state of mind, and he was fun and personable on the phone and when I had the pleasure of meeting him personally. The rest of the staff was also helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks so much Brandon and crew! MVPs the day before the wedding! :)

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this UPS Store due to the complete lack of customer service. I paid for UPS Next Day Air service because it was critical that my package arrive at a specific time on a particular day. Unfortunately, the guaranteed delivery commitment was not met. The store submitted a refund request to UPS, but I was later told it had been denied. What has been most disappointing is not the denial itself, but the complete lack of communication afterward. We have tried to go in person and Kimberly (the store supervisor) is never available, tried emailing her directly multiple times, called the store several times and left multiple voicemails. Despite these repeated attempts, we have received NO response whatsoever. NOTHING. All I have requested is a simple explanation of WHY the refund was denied, the denial code, and the claim reference number. Those are reasonable requests, yet NO ONE has taken the time to respond. Mistakes and delays can happen, but good customer service is measured by how those situations are handled. Ignoring customers who are simply seeking information is unacceptable. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve communication with customers when issues arise. To anyone reading this contemplating going to this store for any of your shipping needs, clearly this store doesn’t understand what customer service entails. Go somewhere else with your money. This place won’t do what they claim.
