  First review ever. Called about some packages I dropped off not being scanned yet- wanted to make sure they were picked up. Explained it was the second time, and I was frustrated with their services, as USPS informed me that at Staples, they’d erroneously sent a USPS package via UPS (almost didn’t get paid because the time it took to redirect the package was over a month- thankfully the buyer had integrity). It was just a vent- it wasn’t a big deal- until LESLIE decided to get into a debate with me about it, saying it was untrue and the package would’ve never left their doors. I explained that’s not true- as I used to be a mail carrier. If the wrong carrier picks it up, they redirect it. Leslie kept aggressively speaking to me until I hung up. Two minutes later, I called back, to ask her name. Instead, she became combative again and said “nobody yelled at you” (snarky)- I asked her name and she hung up. I found out her name later. LESLIE, the amount of bad reviews you have on here speaks for itself. You should be terminated immediately. Even if a customer complains, you diffuse- not engage. I’ve already complained to corporate but I doubt they’ll do anything about you- so this is just me teaching you, just so you can better understand your own shipping processes and what happens when your reps make accidents. Also, insinuating I’m a liar is wild. You would fire any sales rep for behaving this way with a customer. I’m not wrong because you’re uneducated. I will never ship or shop at Staples again. It looks like you’re going out of business anyways. No wonder. If I’d read the reviews, I’d know this is the general consensus. Your services suck, your staff sucks, your customer service sucks, your prices are outrageous and I’d be miserable too if I worked at Staples, but that’s your problem- not mine.

  No one at the register, shelves and displays 1/2 empty, and what had stock was overpriced. I had to physically walk around the store to find someone to check me out.

  Does this place want business? The employees are found standing behind the counter on their phones, not wanting to assist. Catching an attitude when you have a question. It's frustrating. To Amazon I go!

  Sasha in the Print Center was amazing. I walked in needing some documents printed and laminated right before what felt like the entire town decided to come to Staples. While I was fighting with my phone trying to get an email to send, a line of customers started forming behind me. Instead of getting flustered, Sasha calmly offered a few different solutions and then somehow managed to help every single customer while I rebooted my phone. The timing was almost comical. Just as I finally got the email sent, she was back and ready to help me. She listened to what I envisioned for my project and suggested tailored print options that ended up working perfectly. She even caught a typo I had missed and fixed it before printing. The whole experience was friendly and honestly refreshing. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Sasha absolutely delivered.
