  The staff is always helpful and friendly at the Poughkeepsie location by the mall and always fully stocked and organized shelves.

  We drove 27 minutes to give back our amazon product and after coming the front lady said you can come after 2 pm now is 12.05 so she really doesn’t have common sense that people have so many things to do. 2 hours really???? you guys should say in the website only 2 open .

  A few weeks ago I brushed the unprofessional, robotic nearly rude behavior as a staff member having a bad day. I went there again recently to see it wasn't a one off. This same person cut me off mid sentence, thinking they knew what I was asking. They became frustrated with me not remembering a rewards number. Their replies to normal questions are curt and come across that they're annoyed for being asked. And to boot, this visit they grufly made their way to the register while shoving a handful of food in their mouth. Seems like they don't like small talk- but there's no reason to be so inhospitable. I was so irritated and just wanted to leave that I used the wrong form of payment. I drove up rt9 and went to the other Staples to fix it and had a much better customer service experience. Also worth noting was that both times, there were maybe 2 other customers in the store, neither of which were on line nor were they asking for help.

  The same day print service is awesome but the quality control is lacking. I wanted some buisness cards and I didnt feel like waiting so I opted to go with a same day service. I should have waited and ordered my cards where I usually go but they are way more expensive and I was rushing. When I picked up these cards the associate showed me a sample and I was immediately not happy with the how they turned out. Both the front and the back of the cards have been slightly cut off. I made sure the bleed was correct and it was centered the way it should be. The quality control is awful because all the cards are slightly different they all dont look the same. I ordered gloss on the front and there is no such gloss to found anywhere on any one of these cards. I dont even want to hand these out because it doesn't speak my buisness. They only positive was the associate in staples. He was very nice and helped me out almost immediately. These Buisness cards are trash and I should have asked for a refund. And yes they are trash and that's where they will most likely end up going
