We made the appointment for 3:30pm because it does say at the walworth location that they stop scheduling at 4. The process was super easy and the guy working the counter was super helpful. We would definitely recommend the walworth location for getting your passport done!

And the website lets you book for that time! Huge waste of time, go to a passport agency. Fix your website or fix your hours of operation, either would be helpful. Ridiculous.
