He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience so much more pleasant. I live on a state highway and they now leave important documents and packages containing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise just sitting on top of my mailbox instead of putting it on my porch. They do not care when you contact them about it either, nothing changes

- KFKristen F.Nov 9, 20201.0I've lived in 3 states, and over 20 different addresses over the years. This is by far the worst post office I've ever worked with. They frequently lose mail, deliver my mail to the wrong location, mark it as delivered when it's not, and if they can't smash a package into my mailbox, instead of delivering it to the door they say "mailbox is full" and take it back to the post office to have us pick it up. Except it was empty the day before, they just don't want to drive up the driveway to drop it off. There's like one ok person that comes sometimes but otherwise it's pretty consistently like this. Dropping things off/picking them up at the physical location isn't any better. I feel sorry for everyone that has to deal with them.

I notice someone else had a good experience also with their passport situation. The lady that help me with my passport was very nice and helpful. I came to this post office because the one in Walden... SUCKS! I have the same problem you guys have that gave this post office bad reviews.
