- BFBlessed ForLifeApr 17, 20265.0Showed up for our 2 passport appointments late morning. Sharon helped us and was grace under fire as she was the only one working and the line started to grow. She went above and beyond by tracking me down by phone bc I left a paper at the window. It cant be easy if youre an employee there while our government continues to hollow out the middle of the post office - slowly creeping toward privatization.

The clerk on duty explained that we could go to town hall and get a copy that would include the parent's name. She told us to come back , and she would fit us in. Of course we got all the way to the town hall to find out that it was closed today Nothing on their website told us that they were closed as a matter of fact, it said open, very frustrating. In any case , shout out to the clerk who helped us to understand what we needed and was going to fit us back in.
