Took my papers to be shredded there. Guy waited on me, i dumped the papers to be shredded in a dumpster and I was on my way .

I was in today to do an Amazon return. John was processing Amazon returns and Meeka had just stepped off the floor for lunch. John did not page for assistance. There was a line building up at the front and a customer that had waited about 5 minutes, walked out. At this time, a few other people arrived to do returns. The lady in front of me had well over 10 returns and John had mixed up some of her returns. A manager ended up coming over stating “John, you gotta call for help when there’s a line. A customer walked out”. John stated “Meeka had been standing right there”. The manager replied “Meeka’s been on lunch”. I had waited 30 minutes before I was able to start mine when John told me that I would “need to get in the back of the line. We aren’t allowed to take more than 10 item returns a day”. I told him “that’s not something I’ve ever been told before” nor is there a sign that states such. John continued and said “Well, I’m telling you today that moving forward, we aren’t going to take more than 10 returns. I’m going to get off this register after this”. At this time, I told John he was being disrespectful and rude, and to kindly get a manager involved. The same manager came over from earlier and seemed totally disinterested in the way his employee was behaving after I relayed what happened. Awful customer service. My friend that was with me also asked where the policy was regarding this.

Avoid for Amazon returns. No one is ever working the counter and even when someone is, it’s beyond slow. I have made my returns here for over a year, and it takes 10-20 minutes every time. One time it took over an hour. I’ve been continuing to go here because it’s on the way home from work, but 100% avoiding in the future.
