For the second appointment, I even missed the phone call notifying me of the cancellation. I spoke with the manager and one of the employees, and they were both incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. They took the time to explain the situation and offered me several solutions. I accepted a Saturday morning appointment, which worked out perfectly. Katie handled our passport applications, and she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I want to sincerely thank everyone involved. I know staffing challenges can happen, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and hard work of the entire team. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
