⭐☆☆☆☆ Writing this review while still standing in line for an Amazon return. Entire store empty and only one person handling Amazon returns. Over 25 minutes waiting and still not at the counter. A simple drop-off shouldn’t take this long.

Staff does not acknowledge the customer mor have any interest to even after the line has been delayed for at the very least 45 min. In addition the pass you around to different staff and then waiting for another 40 minutes to be help at the register. Not very professional and poorly run with customer service staff that ignore the line amongst many other issues. I left after no one on the line was acknowledged

I always have a great experience at this Staples location! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and they always have everything I need for my office supplies. Plus, the printing services are top-notch and make my projects a breeze.

It is nice that they take so many different package carriers at this point but they are ridiculously slow doing it. They keep one individual working that counter and the line can be insane about 98% of the time, although depending who it is behind that counter they can and really its if you are having a lucky day the person is fast. If not they are unfriendly and like mentioned above slow as can be. It is really a shame Amazon has to be dropped off here as a closest location because it is total crap. They also have higher prices for printing than other stores such as Minuteman Press, and the printing department is also slow. The store in general is just slow. The only thing they have going for them and probably gets them repeat customers is the Amazon Drop-Off.

If you ever have to return something from Amazon, be prepared to spend at minimum 10 minutes because whoever that man they have working back there in the morning works so slowly it's not even funny. The line was through the aisle to the front of the store because he takes his sweet time bagging and scanning this. Black guy, glasses, afro. That one. Not only that, I returned two items with two different barcodes, and now Amazon is saying that the second item was never returned. Overpriced items, overpriced to print, and can't process a return. What is this store even good for?
