P.I.F. Development

The P.I.F. Development which is really an acronym for Paying it Forward was created over a decade ago by a Queens native. The purpose of this development was to create business opportunities for people of a lower socio economic status who were often marginalized and left out of societies essentials. Luxury standard living at a reasonable cost was the general rule of thumb. Find a way for people to enjoy all the amenities of upscale living but without the exorbitant pricing. For many developers in this business that ideal was ridiculed as foolish, however to have a conscience was more important to Mr. Kiser than merely make a profit. So to that narrative Paying It Forward Development was born, out of a necessity for wanting better for those around him.
