Out of nowhere I was told by a ”supervisor” if the packages I am mailing from do not have the Valhalla zip code they will not be accepted because the clerks don’t get credit for scanning items from a different zip code. Really? I didn’t realize they earn commission for the number of packages scanned. Supervisor would not give his name. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Employees are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs so they lie about not being able to accept packages?! Complaint was filed.
