- LCLance Cofield5 days ago4.0I received a noticed stating I missed cerified mail. However it was confirmed that they were supposed to deliver it again and if they couldn’t get a signature they would return to sender within 15th us. They didn’t return to sender or make an attempt to redilver it after the amount of days it’s been sitting on their shelf as I provided a tracking and a redelivery number. In which this costed me my job. The agent I spoke with said that he would speak with the person on route and will write a note and will send the note to my job in which I may receive this letter receive this letter today potentially. I really hope he comes through because he’s the reason why im giving 4 stars. Otherwise I’d just give two stars. Anyone who is willing to take accountability and rectify anything, i very highly value in life!
