- SMSheldon MagierJul 30, 20265.0I had to fax four important pages to Soc Sec Medic. I asked for a cover page which I filled out with notes explaining what I was sending. Gave all to the service rep and she did the faxing for me, no fuss or muss, in less than five minutes. How convenient was that !

Wasn’t ready for me when I brought the tape I had to purchase up to the counter. He met me with attitude when I came in with a pleasurable attitude. I feel it was really unnecessary. Being met with terrible attitude and customer service in a customer service environment is absolutely unacceptable. It cost $0 dollars to be nice. Super disappointed. Hopefully he can maybe go through customer service training again for a refresher.
