- DDDrownellaApr 27, 20191.0If I could give them less than a star, I would. Recently moved here and I don't have a mailbox because I have a post office box in another town. Even though I use my mailing address for most things, I occasionally use my residential address for packages to be delivered and other times companies, including this municipality itself insists on sending things to my residential address, which I have no control over. While they do hold my mail and packages, the two times I've actually gone in there to pick these things up I am lectured as though I'm a 2 year old and harassed by whoever is behind the counter. You provide a service. Provide it and stop acting holier than thou for something that's out of people's control. Return the mail and/or packages to the sender if it's such a major inconvenience for you and then I'll have the chance to correct the issue. If you're going to hold the packages/mail, then don't hassle me the two times I've actually had to stop in.
