The first time they forgot to put the postage on the envelope and then treated me as if I were trying to scam them when I brought in the package and receipt. They tried to make it my fault that they forgot to stick on the postage. Good thing I had my return address on it. This time they charged me $12 to mail a package the size on an envelope to Oregon. Fine, it is what it is, except they sent it to MY address. Why would I pay $12 to mail something to the same zip code? Once again I was blamed because the package was “too small” and the carrier had to manually enter the tracking number. Go ANYWHERE else

I tell people to come to this post office all the time just because he’s so wonderful and helpful and so patient. I DO know the woman they mention in the other review. I don’t get her very often but I like to think everyone is entitled to a bad day. Try going back and hope you don’t get her. Lol only because the rest of the staff is just great.
