- BRBianca RosarioApr 9, 20261.0Definitely need to get better people working there. I waited on the sideline to work with one of the employees because the other one was very rude & cruel talking bc I didn’t know how to get the QR code to mail a package!! The man that I purposely waited for was so kind. He was literally a big teddy bear. I don’t know his name but he was a younger black gentleman that was like 6 foot 3.. What a kind, sweet person!!! He made me feel comfortable about not knowing how to send a package for the first time. Really wish people would just be kind. It really doesn’t pay to be nasty.

I called to speak with the post master to make an appointment for a large volume mailing. She assured me that I'd have the right staff on hand. I get there during my appt time and no one was available to help me! The manager on staff, Mani, happened to be there and asked Kathy to do overtime to help me out. Otherwise, I would have been screwed. They really need an overhaul at this place!
