- EOElizabeth O1 day ago1.0No one answers the phone! Mailbox is always full! I have been trying for days to speak to a representative. I have tried different days and times but to no avail. I can't find out why I haven't received any mail in months to my forwarded address. This is absolutely frustrating!

- RHRah HannanMay 1, 20261.0This complaint goes out to the mail carriers mostly but I’m getting more disappointed as I tried to call to get help. For starters, mail carriers who need a signature or authorization NEED TO GO TO A DOOR. My mailbox is down by the street which means to walk UP THE STAIRS AND GO TO MY DOOR to get that signature or authorization. Do they expect me to jump out the mailbox!?! Not only that, understanding mail gets delivered at different times I should not have to wait all day for them to NOT only COME TO MY DOOR. I have received mail at 10:30am-2:30pm. So again, not waiting around. I received the redelivery slip IN MY MAILBOX though. Never once did they take a step up the stairs. I signed the slip and taped it to my mailbox in hopes I’d receive whatever it was. Nope. Didn’t think to take a photo of the slip so I can have the tracking number either and the mail carrier TODAY takes the slip. With me missing them again, because why wouldn’t we walk up stairs and knock on doors or ring door bells. I tried to call the post office, the actual 315 number and of course the voicemail box is full so call ended.
