- DDDaKermitFrogMay 4, 20261.0Every time I see my package go near this USPS facility I cry knowing it will eventually be forwarded to the wrong state or sit for far longer (days) than any other USPS facility, completely undoing days of previous delivery progress. Has happened multiple times enough for me to leave a review. S for unsatisfactory performance.

- MMMeredithApr 20, 20261.0The employees at Taft Rd are incredibly unprofessional. The voicemail is always full, so they can't be reported. I cannot fathom how they keep their jobs. The one today, Marissa, clerk at far left station, laughed in my face when i asked for a supervisor regarding mail delivery issues. Asked why shes acting this way, she said, "you're a very uncomfortable person", as she walked away.

I called on 2/24 to see if any mail would be forwarded to me as no mail has been coming. I called several times/left messages and no one calls back. Great Job USPS!!@!
- ADAmy DeLappJan 31, 20261.0Blonde woman is consistently rude and nosy? Why ask what I’m sending lady!! Not the usual questions either of the hazardous stuff. Takes it upon herself to choose the green smiley for the service which is not what I would’ve chosen. Literally throws packages in front of patrons, at least pretend the packages are safe in front of us! Every other location is far more enjoyable. Only good thing about this one is the hours.
