- TGThe GemsMay 22, 20265.0I had to mail something via certified mail and dropped in with my son yesterday afternoon. We ended up being helped quickly while having a very delightful conversation with two of the most polite, kind and helpful post office workers I have ever encountered! One even had some decor at her station that was just so whimsical and unexpected :) We wish them both all the very best.

I feel bad because it takes a while to mail them all out (sometimes over 20 minutes), but they are always very helpful and gave me tips to help speed up the process. I will say, it seems as though they are short staffed, most likely due to funding being reduced for USPS. I’m guessing many of the negative reviews can be attributed to short staffing. If you are patient and kind, they will help you get your mailing/shipping sorted out in a timely manner. Hoping that they can get the funding and staffing that they deserve, because I believe the current staff are trying their best!
