  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Primo has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Their customer service and ordering system have been incredibly disappointing. Multiple times, additional water dispensers were added to my deliveries that I never ordered or needed. I was also told that my water dispenser would not be delivered, only for it to show up anyway. I now have duplicate water dispensers sitting in my home because of these errors, and when I checked my upcoming deliveries, I discovered that even more dispensers had been scheduled. What has been most frustrating is how difficult Primo makes it to fix these issues. It is unnecessarily hard to reach a real person, and even making simple changes to your own order feels nearly impossible. A company that delivers recurring products should have an easy, reliable way for customers to manage their accounts, but that has not been my experience. Because of the repeated ordering errors, the lack of customer support, and the inability to easily manage my account, I have canceled my membership and will not be using Primo again. I hope the company invests in improving its ordering system and customer service so others don’t have the same experience. Based on my experience, and after seeing what appears to be a pattern of similar complaints from other customers, I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. In my view, Primo has failed to deliver the level of service and account management that customers are paying for, while making it extraordinarily difficult to correct errors, stop unwanted deliveries, or cancel services. I believe these business practices warrant further review, and I intend to pursue all appropriate consumer complaint channels if this matter is not resolved promptly.

  I was going to let the water service go until I met Jerry. He is very understanding respectful an Know what he doing when it comes to this water service. Especially the cleaning for dispensary an making sure dispensary works everything before he go.
