- MVMichelle VillagomezAug 17, 20261.0This specific location will charge you $1 to tape something (yes even an Amazon return) which wouldn’t be all that bad if they didn’t then force you to pay an additional dollar if you don’t pay this fee in cash. To add insult to injury, you’re taxed for this transaction so not only are you paying for something most, if not all, UPS locations do for free, you’re paying a tax for it too. There’s scummy business practices and then there’s charge people for strips of tape scummy.
- JCJason ColonJul 14, 20261.0I arrived to this location and was relieved seeing the UPS truck loading packages from the UPS store into the truck, so I went up to the UPS truck and this short Hispanic guy came out saying his truck is full while smoking a cigarette inside the UPS truck, I tried explaining to him that my package was an express package and he told me tough luck that he’ll pick it up at 7PM, before I went to this UPS store I came from the UPS warehouse in Maspeth and was told they don’t accept packages anymore that I needed to go to the nearest UPS store so I came to this one and it wasn’t easy I’m currently disabled and have chronic and heart problems, I was so happy to see the UPS truck just to be sent away and have my shipment prolonged for something I had paid extra money to have it express shipping … it just isn’t right.

I used their printing/copying services on 6/18 and 6/19 last week, but I would also like to point out that I have used their highly reliable mailing services as well in the past. It is so efficient, reliable and trustworthy that this Sunnyside UPS Store is also the one I use to receive and pick up my UPS packages.
