From the moment we arrived, Fran was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and helpful. She took the time to carefully explain everything we needed to know about the passport renewal process and made sure we understood all of the information before we left. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. What stood out to me most was how wonderful she was with my children. She was so patient and sweet with them, making them feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process. As a parent, that kindness meant so much to me. Customer service like Fran’s is truly something special. She was professional, compassionate, and clearly takes pride in helping people. I hope you will pass along my appreciation to her and recognize her for being such a wonderful representative of the Stony Brook Post Office. Thank you, Fran, for making what could have been a stressful errand such a pleasant experience. You were absolutely amazing, and your kindness did not go unnoticed!

One of the women with dark hair yelled out in a Spanish accent"We're Closed"!! I said sorry door was open. It was 5:02 and just 2 min after closing at holiday season. No line and all they had to do was weigh my small box for price. People like this that give civil service employees a bad name as people that don't care. Happy holidays to the ones that do
