Extremely Frustrating and Completely Unacceptable
This USPS location’s system apparently stops working every Saturday. The network goes down, and they can’t process passport services.
The first time, I was told the system was down. I assumed it was just a technical issue, so I rescheduled for the following week. Guess what? The exact same thing happened again.
If your system consistently cannot operate on Saturdays, why are you even offering appointments on Saturdays in the first place? Why not simply close the office instead of wasting people’s time, wasting employees’ time, and wasting taxpayers’ money?
I had to take two days off and schedule two appointments, only to encounter the same problem both times. This is not a one-time “technical difficulty” anymore — this is a serious failure of basic management and service.
How can a government-funded organization operate like this and expect taxpayers to just accept it?
Absolutely unacceptable. Fix your system, stop scheduling appointments you cannot honor, and stop wasting people’s time and public money

Today on Aug 13th 2026 I went to get my daughter a new passport. She had her pictures already done. When I arrived the first thing the lady said to me is I was trying to call you to come early so I could leave. Mean while I made an appointment at that time because my husband had work so I couldn’t come earlier if I wanted to. Then she said where is your child and no one stated i needed to bring her so I said that she smirked and the other lady said yeah you don’t have your kid so… they were not helpful all she wanted to do was leave.

2nd review on this place.
I really wanted to give them a higher star review, but it came to the point that I feel disappointed with this place with customer service. Management office should evaluate the quality of customer service given to the customers. Having 1 person at the window is overwhelming or 2 people with attitude problem. A lot of us come polite and with manners. The clerks should be courteous at least to say hello or good morning.
Every time I go to this place, the dark skinned clerks or lady muslim have a very a bad attitude towards their customers and always eager to fight or reprimand us for being ignorant on putting the labels or even ask for simple questions.
Many people don't know how to write the labels for specific envelopes and packages.
No one will bring tape to the post office, as they mostly buy the priority boxes , custom boxes or bring their own boxes or pre printed labels without glue. There is no reason to be upset with us for not bringing tape or being ignorant how to write labels.
I am a frequent customer who bring many certified mails and priority mail envelopes and it is 5 minutes away from home. I wish I can go to another post office, but I don't have too much time. Dropping 1 single post stamped envelope to the clerk should not be a reason of yelling at me or giving me attitude to drop it at the mailbox and that is why it is for. Yes! I know. I brought many priority mails and certified mails combined. Sometimes I do not realize I had some regular post stamped envelopes in my pile and I expect at least some courtesy from the clerk.
Odissey overall, is by far the best clerk for customer service and very tolerant with customers.
Other lady clerks in particular need to be relocated someplace else or fix their attitude problem.

Constantly making mistakes. Constantly putting packages in the wrong delivery containers causing people to miss their delivery dates and wait even longer. Deliveries are never on time with the updates you sign up for online. When they do mess up they do not update the system to let you know what happens. You are left sitting here waiting and wondering what is going on. Deliveries take days upon days!!!!!!! The slowest delivery processing facility. Takes 2-3 days for them to put your delivery out to be dropped off to you after they've already received it. They like to take their sweet time.
