    工作人员态度极差非常不友好,我个人感觉他们有带中歧视的眼神和态度。我就问了他们我的照片这样子申请护照可以吗。他们就是不理我。我也不知道为什么,真的很无语。

    Customer's services are not too good,very slow,mostly employees are inside only one or two cashiers works. I try not go there.

    The employees are extremely rude as customers are disturbing their day because we are there. In my experience they give out erroneous information because they are too lazy to get out of their chairs to find the right answers and unfortunately the post office at the other end of Tompkins is staffed with like minded employees. They should all be fired and replaced with people that appreciate having gainful employment

    Terrible service with customers since 8:30 am I went to pick up a package the young woman at the window tells me that she is alone that she can't look for my package that goes at noon I arrive before noon and she still didn't want to attend to me according to why she was working alone then she tells me that I can send someone else for me to look for the package and when I send someone she says that she can't deliver it because they didn't have my physical identification!

    Line is out the door and a worker asked if anyone had pre-paid packages. I had an oversized pre paid package and I’m glad someone tried to resolve the easy requests to clean up the line. I would’ve wasted an extra 30 minutes easy just waiting for a 5 second scanning process. I’ve been to many other USPS stores and it’s frustrating waiting in line because the easy requests are not expedited. 5 stars for the worker taking initiative and saving me time
