Worst customer service of any post office on the island. Avoid this location at all costs. The manager usafir zakakik zukakoko or whatever his name was had 0 etiquette 0 respect and 0 willingness to help solve my issue. He was more worried about being put on Tik tok than helping me out. Hes stuck in a fairytale world that’s in his phone rather than doing his job in the real world. Also the male Asian worker at the desk has a nasty attitude and at first tried to tell me I didn’t have an appointment until I showed him 3 different forms of proof and my confirmation number. AVOID!!! This location.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at the Manor Road USPS location. I went in to renew my daughter's passport, and the employee assisting us was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of providing guidance, he acted as though we were inconveniencing him for simply asking questions.
Hoping it was just one unpleasant employee, I spoke with another female employee, who was just as rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager displayed the same attitude and made no effort to resolve the situation or assist us.
The entire staff seemed indifferent to helping customers. Their lack of professionalism wasted my time, and I left without being able to complete my daughter's passport renewal. It's unacceptable that a government office providing essential services treats people this way.
If you have the option, avoid this location and go to another USPS office. No one should have to deal with such disrespect, incompetence, and complete disregard for customer service.

Back on May 27th I parked my car in the USPS parking lot and when I got back to my car a Good Samaritan advised me that a car backed into my vehicle and drove off without stopping or leaving me a note of apology with their insurance info. (Found out later they caused almost $3,000 in damages). I spoke to the supervisor on duty about what happened, gave my information, and they were able to put in request to the security camera team and was able to provide me the footage of the car that fled the scene. This video plus a photo of license plate the Good Samaritan took was handed over to my insurance company who tracked down the driver and their insurance company confirmed their driver was 100% at fault. Many thanks to the USPS supervisor and the security team at Inspector Generals office for the expediency of providing the video footage. Greatly appreciate the Good Samaritan on that day!
