I went in today to ship out packages, I’ve been selling on platforms for a while but as of these 2 weeks it’s spiked to more than 10 packages a day now which I get it can be stressful or too much to handle but there’s as of no point to be rude when it’s not my fault either. I came in this week to ship out 10 - 12 packages, had them all in order and ready to ship. Keep in mind the place opened about 20 minutes ago and there’s no one in the store so I think I’m all set to walk in and out within 5 minutes if things go good. Man I was so wrong about that. When I walk in I’m taken by Regina, she scans about 3 things then says “you know you’re going to have to get a label printer and do it yourself now right? We can’t keep doing this. If it was for returns sure but this is too much.” She said it with so much rudeness. Why should I buy my own printer label when it’s easier to go straight there to scan and print, and I know that the company pays for the label paper as well not like it’s coming out of their own pockets. In the process of that i accidentally mix up 2 packages which was the first time ive ever done it and she rudely says “you need to be more organized next time, maybe write it down or something cause this is too much” I have infact written down on the packages which is what i just accidentally clicked the wrong QR code no need to be rude especially if it’s the first time I’ve done it. As I’m on my last 4 packages one lady comes in and I’m told by Regina to step to the side so she can take care of the lady. Not even asked but TOLD TO. So I move cause I’m told to, can’t do anything about that.. so I’m taken by someone else and I end up leaving 20 minutes later.

This was my first time sending a package with USPS and she went out of her way to come out of the booth and help me which is very rare to see out of people these days. Highly recommend this location.
