- TBTommy Boy3 days ago5.0Hands down the best experience we’ve had getting our passport for ourselves, and children. We’ve been to 3-4 north shore offices and the others have all been a nightmare with disrespectful workers. Our appointment today was at 160 Tompkins with our new born and we were told “we don’t have enough staff today, sorry!” We took our chances and went to this office without an appointment and walked in. Rahmet said no problem and took us with a smile. Another lady helped take our baby’s picture. Everyone was friendly, competent, and did an excellent job. Other offices on the North shore should take notes from this place. Thank you for Helping our family, and a stress free experience.
