    I arrived at 7:00 PM—exactly when this UPS Store closes—with a prepaid package to drop off. The employee refused to accept it because they were “closed.” I understand closing time, but I was already there, and it would have taken seconds to hand over a prepaid drop-off. Instead, I was turned away with zero flexibility or willingness to help. If you won’t accept drop-offs at 7:00 PM, your hours should clearly say “last drop-off before 7:00.” Very frustrating experience. I’ll be taking my business to a different UPS location from now on.

    I don’t understand why these associates can’t say hi how are you or have a nice day. They are on their phone with air buds. It’s truly insane to me how this is allowed!

    The system/wi-fi is always down. Almost EVERY weekend there’s an issue where you can only drop off packages if you have a prepaid label. At what point does it get fixed???
