  I’ve been coming to this UPS location multiple times because it’s convenient and close to my home. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced very poor , rude attitudes from the staff with no reason. At first, I thought maybe someone was simply having a bad day, but after today’s experience, I’m realizing that this seems to be a norm with multiple staff members at this location. Today, when I entered to return a package, I was greeted from across the store in a very rude and unpleasant manner, being told that the system was down and that they could take my package without scanning it. When I asked if they had any idea when the system might be working again, I was told, “That’s not part of our job.” I understand that systems can go down and things can happen, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of attitude. After multiple experiences like this, I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here multiple times .

  The worker with the black fried curls, and blonde tips is absolutely awful. Cannot take customer criticism, his customer service isn’t there at all. I needed to ship out a few SMALL non fragile items and I asked him to put it in an envelope for the sake of cheap packaging cost. He proceeds to ignore the asking and charge me more for a huge box he decided to package for my items, I asked him why and was annoyed about the cost. Told him I’d go through with it because I had to, and he then goes “do you want me to just put it in an envelope?” And obviously that’s a waste of BOTH our times, I tell him once again it was a clear douchebag move and his response is to threaten canceling the shipment I was still trying to actively pay for because HE didn’t like MY attitude. I cannot fathom the clear egotism of a man who tried to overcharge me and then refuse to fix it but use his non authority to try and cancel my needed order. Shame on you

  Their W-Fi is ALWAYS down. Unfortunately I don't have a car so I have to take the packages home which is a great inconvenience. I've complained many times but never get a call back.

  I called and asked if they had a notary told me yes be here until 6 I arrived at 4:25 they tell me he is out to lunch and will return at 5:15 I came back at that time ,again they tell me out to lunch I said ok I’ll wait I waited until 5:40 obviously this person wasn’t coming back, customer service kept telling me to go to the funeral parlor across the street, they knew more than they were saying I do not recommend this place and I will never return.
